Go down to MyDocuments/mygames/borderlands:presequel/willowgame/savedata and delete everything inside so all your Badass Points, profile sav es etc is erased as well. The problem is that Borderlands: The Pre Sequel detection for previous games' save is a one time thing that occurs when u first install the game, so if you don't have the previous games' (BL1 and BL2) saves the first time you launch presequel you are basically gonna get nothing.
